All classes are moderately paced and suitable for beginners, with options for more advanced levels. Modifications are offered to individualise the practice for each person.
Morning Yoga Flow – Monday to Friday, 7-8am
These classes are designed especially for the morning, to stretch, strengthen and invigorate the body.
Lunchtime – Monday to Friday, 2 classes, 12-12:55pm and 1-1:55pm
55 minute classes designed to rejuvenate and balance, stretch and strengthen the body in the middle of the day.
Evening Hatha Yoga – Monday to Friday, 2 classes, 6:15 – 7:15pm and 7:30 – 8:30pm
These classes are designed to unwind, let go of tension and work deeply towards a long period of relaxation. Well-rounded classes balance, stretch and strengthen.
Beginner’s Yoga – Tuesday at 6:15 – 7:15pm (replaces early Evening Hatha Yoga)
Classes designed to give a good grounding in what yoga is, introduction to yoga postures, breath awareness and confidence to continue attending beginner and open level yoga classes at the Klinik and anywhere else. The small class size is perfect for beginners, allowing the teacher to give a lot of attention to each person
Pregnancy Yoga – Fridays at 12-1pm (replaces early Lunchtime Yoga)
Classes specially designed to cultivate strength, flexibility and breath awareness for mothers-to-be and new mothers.
