The Klinik delivers Dynamic Pilates to the individual or a small class of up to or no more than five people. The training takes place in our state of the art Pilates Reformer Studio. Pilates K uses professional Reformer beds by Balance Body, giving you the ultimate workout. Strengthen your core muscles; improve flexibility to give you a toned, lean, balanced physique.
How it works?
Fundamentally, it is the repetition of the Pilates movement patterns coupled with the resistance of the bed create a total body toning session. Performed correctly and with precision the exercise delivers incredible results on a daily basis in our studio. First timer feedback often reports that the results are immediate!!
Our goal is to create a uniform and familiar structure to each class level. Regardless of your fitness levels, we guarantee that you will leave the class feeling stronger, more flexible and energised.
Pick the class that is right for you
Beginners Reformer Class
This class is ideal for complete beginners and or for those who have very little experience of Reformer Pilates. We encourage all first timers to join one of our beginner classes. The classes are slower letting your body get to grips with the basic principles and build up strength from the core.
Intermediate Reformer Class
Our Intermediate Reformer Classes are dynamic and require a certain degree of body awareness, strength and flexibility. The pace of the class is faster than a “classical “Reformer Pilates class. The choreography in the intermediate reformer classes is more complicated and challenging to achieve maximum results. We guarantee that your body will change shape!

Advanced Reformer Class
Advanced classes are ideal for the more hard-core! This class is ideal for those who have been attending Pilates K classes for a while and… love being pushed!
The pace is fast, circuit class type, very demanding on core muscles and the whole the body. It can be sweaty session, definitely not for the faint hearted! There is a lot of huffing and puffing but our fittest clients keep coming back for more!
Reformer & Rebounding Pilates – EXCLUSIVE TO KLINIK

Despite what you may think rebounding on a mini trampoline is not just some 80's throw back exercise to fit in with the 80's fashion revival that is happening right now.
It's a zero-impact exercise, and rebounding provides many benefits for you and your body:

One-on-one sessions are also available. The instructor customizes the workout to meet your unique needs and goals. Private Sessions can also suit people reluctant to join a class.
